B Group Vitamins

The B Group Vitamins are water soluble which means they can’t be stored - so you need a supply of them daily.

Vitamin B6
Allows the body to use and store energy from the protein and carbohydrates found in the foods we eat.

Vitamin B1

Thaimin works with other B Group Vitamins to help break down and release the energy from the food we eat. It also helps keep muscles and nerves healthy.

Folate (known as folic acid)

Works with Vitamin B12 to form healthy red blood cells. It also helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects such as spina bifida in unborn babies.

Niacin
Plays an important role in energy metabolism.
